Why call it milk stacks?

The Milk District is built around the historic TG Lee Dairy factory. In dreaming up this project, we wanted to pay homage to this place.

Are you leasing?

We're currently leasing units and will be ready for move-in in November 2024.

Can I live at Milk Stacks?

Sure, but there are two main things you need (among others): minimum credit score of 600 and income of at least 3x the base rent. There may also be issues with past evictions, bankruptcies, etc., but we can discuss those.

What’s it cost?

Up front, we’ll need one month’s base rent. Contact us for pricing details. Other costs include $275 admin fee and renters’ insurance, which we require. You can use a third party for renters’ insurance or we can provide it for $15.50 per month.

How about pets?

Love ‘em. There’s a one-time pet fee of $250 per pet, and $25 monthly pet rent per pet.

Does the milk flow like wine?

Yep. And something about the salmon of Capistrano.
